Got a scary phone call

Well, as many of you know I was on this friggin computer all day even though I had tons of things to get done. Anyway, before I could head out to the barn to see the horses, I get a call....

" ummmm..can you get out here right away? I haven't seen her up close, but there is blood all over Ladybird!" WHAT!!!!:eek: Of course I started to panic....but then the words set in....."I haven't seen her up close"

So I asked her if she was getting closer to Ladybird...."yep"....OK..."do those red marks look like hand prints?" "YEP"....Oh my gosh....IT's Paint!" LOL....I knew I needed to get somethings done today...I gave my poor BO a heartattack and she gave me one with her phone call!

I was able to get away long enough to give Ladybird a bath and apologize to my BO for not letting her know that we had painted Ladybird yesterday. :p I guess life wouldn't be much fun without alittle excitment...but those kind of calls I can live without! :rolleyes:

We both laughed about it when she actually saw what it was. :) I couldn't wash Ladybird off after the show, because it was going to get too cold at night. We didn't get done with everything till almost 7pm. It was going to be in the 40's at night, so had to wait till yesterday to get her cleaned up.

I thought the whole thing was humerous though! EVERYBODY worries about our ole Ladybird. Even hubby and he doesn't ride....LOL
