You've really got quite a nice setup in a small space. Nifty! Is it a horse community so all the surrounding homes have similar setups or ???

The set-ups are like snowflakes, no two are the same. :D
Everyone that has horses in their yard uses their lot's differently. The previous owner of the house only had two horses so she had a hot-walker where the pool is and the arena was just a standard round pen. My sister adjusted everything to fit her horsey needs.

of the two neighbors behind us, one has two horses and the other doesn't he has a very small lot in back with a bigger front yard. It's pretty cool to see how everyone uses their space. A friend of a friend in Chino owns 1 1/2 acres, on that she has a successful TB breeding farm, 10 stall mare barn, 8 stall standard barn and a 4 stall stallion barn with two dirt turnouts and run-out off each stall! Some who are not used to seeing many horses on small lots think it's unfair, but people ride EVERYDAY! out here! I turn the horses out in the ring for a least an hour everyday whether I ride or not.

Hey - where space is at a premium, it works! Very efficient use of space with yours.

Wow, Im jealous, your small place is level. I love it!!!

edited to add, my small place is on a slope, not so easy to maintain. Why Im jealous.

Wow. Very nice set up and use of space. I have to ask though, what are the garbage cans for in each run-in?

Those are our manure buckets :D
They pick up the manure with the garabage every Friday. :D
It nice because we don't have to "store" manure lol
Vicor's and Gracie's are outside their paddocks because their too playful with them. My sisters girls can care less about them. ;)
