OMG!!! that is great. I had a beagle that did the same thing. We had to give him away because he kept escaping..LOL

Our beagle has not been bad for escaping since we've had him, but that is how he found us in the first place. He came from a Beagle and Basset rescue with bad fencing that is just up the road.:rolleyes:

This video is GREAT! A friend that knows about Bill the Beagle sent it to me and it cracked me up - in Bill's younger days he did those type of things... isn't that just what Beagles do? :)

My parents have some friends who own Barney the Beagle - and the decided that Barney had gone potty in the house one too many times and so they put Barney in the garage when they left the next day. The garage was attached to the house so it stays fairly warm and they thought things would be fine. When the wife came through the front door at the end of the day, Barney greeted her just like always... BUT WAIT - wasn't he left in the garage??? She ran to the back door to the garage and OOOOHHH what a surprise... Barney ate through the sheet rock to come back inside - there was a hole about a foot in diameter in her dining room wall! :eek:

Beagles... not for the faint hearted!

Lol, those Beagles I tell ya!!! I had a Beagle when I was growing up (named Spicer. . .so not all are B's). That was a really smart beagle!!

Lol, I think so.:D My Beagle's name is Buster, and most of the Beagles I now all have a B name. Althought we did have a Beagle named Snooper at one time, and Copper too when I was little. But we didn't name them, so their old owners must have not known the Beagle B-name rule.:p
