OK, so some of you know that I was doing a farrier demonstration at a fundrasier for a theraputic riding center today. I didn't know, but the local news team was supposed to show up.

My plan for the day was to just make a bunch of shoes for the horses I was working on. Then they pulled out a new one that needed some special care, more than I could do reasonably with a handmade shoe. Of coarse they happen to video me working the ONLY pair of machine made shoes I touched the whole day... cold. :mad: 45 mins before or after and I'd have been working a handmade shoe... Oh well.

I think I had to answer "That dosen't hurt them?" about a bizillion times, but most people were interested in the forge work. (The reason why I chose to put handmades on everything.)

But, anyone in the Temple / Killeen area check out CH 10 KWTX at 10. (I don't know how much they're gonna use, but they said that I'm definately gonna be in it)

No pictures now... I'm gonna get them on a disk later.

Ditto! I looked on their website to see if it was there yet, but it isn't. Course come to think of it, it just hit me that TX is an hour or two behind us east coast people, ain't it? LOL Boy if that's not a blonde moment!! :p

I think you might have to have a mass autographing session, lol!:cool: Definitely agree with the others that hopefully, someone will tape it so we all can see. If nothing else, you should be able to go the the TV station and obtain a copy.

Very kewl! I wish we could all see the broadcast.. hope you can get some pics up.

Guess we'll all just have to PM you our addresses for our own autograph, huh? Or you could just scan one and we could all print it out at home. But that wouldn't be half as cool. :p

Maybe we can start a whole new reality based show about "Forge Men". Maybe not usually as dangerous as Deadliest Catch, but there's a lot of guys out there who could probably keep it interesting enough! :D

Nope, dosen't show me working... But I'm that guy in the sunglasses that walks past the banner in the farrier chaps. That's about all the longer the clip was anyway.
