Hi everyone! It's been a while since I logged in. I still browse the forum often, but being horseless and out of riding lessons since the beginning of December I felt out of the loop.

Well anyways, I am doing well. I got a nice raise at work, and have decided I just can't be horseless much longer! I am starting to look around. I have an appointment Thursday night to look at a haffie, a morgan and a small hunter horse at a farm about 40 minutes from me. I am so excited! I stopped taking riding lessons in December due to the holidays, and then my trainer left the barn she was teaching at (where I was riding). She told me she'd still continue giving me Dressage lessons at her home, but she doesn't have an indoor and it's been so cold here in NY that I just stopped riding these past 3 months. I am now going through big time horse withdrawls!! :p

Other than that, not much new. I still have my apartment (half a house I rent). The job is going well. I do have one issue right now...I have been feeling dizzy the past two days. It's not like the room is spinning dizzy...it's more when I lean my head back or forward I get this pass out feeling. It's scaring me a little...and being home alone at night doesn't help. My boyfriend stays over on his nights off but he works midnights. I also found a lump tonight on the back of my head-again freaking me out! But in the past I got them alot and the docs always said that they are sebacious cysts and nothing to worry about. Now I am assuming the dizzy/weird feeling must have something to do with that lump. I may go to the doc if it persists (not a fan of going to doctors and I rarely even take advils if that says anything lol).

Well, I hope everyone is doing well! I'll get some pics Thursday of the horses I try out and make a new post!

Good to see you again!!!! Love your hair! You didn't use to be blonde did you? I hope your dizzyness is just a sinus infection or something. Might go to the doctor and see if you maybe have an inner ear infection or something!! That can make you really dizzy really fast!

Can't wait to hear how your horse search goes!!!!

Equine_W- Thank you! :) I used to have it a bit darker (I'm naturally brunette). I always change it though lol. I love your hair too!! It really brings out your eyes! I was still dizzy last night but better today. I think it may be sinuses. I am excited about looking at horses! I am going to take my time that's for sure. The place I am going to tomorrow night offers trial periods so who knows! How are things on your end?

Cat- I sure do know what you mean lol. They are such an awesome breed! My only problem is finding one that doesn't have a real stocky build. I want to play around with Dressage, and all of the taller, leaner built ones I find online seem to be very high priced compared to the traditional build.

Carla- Thank you! I'll be posting pictures and asking for advice hehe.

Fox- I most certainly will update! Thanks! :)

Hi there, so good to see you here again! Hope you're feeling better. Hopefully it's just sinuses, altho they can be pretty miserable, I get that way when I get a sinus infection (have one right now in fact), and it takes me about 3 or 4 days of antibiotics to feel better and less dizzy.

That's great about your horse search! I hope you find the perfect horse, I love Haffies!! Let us know how it goes.

Love your hair, such a nice photo!
