Nope, but a little old man stopped and help me get Jackson gathered up, and cussed the fool out like only a little old man can, it is probably a good thing the jerk didnt stick around or I might have ended up in jail

That is awful. I'll never understand jerks like that, but I know from experience they do exist. I just hope he gets his one day.
Hope you heal up fast.

You just have to wonder why people think that would be a fun thing to do? Hope you will heal fast
I don't like trail riding on the road for that reason, when the stable goes on rides in the woods I'll go but when they go on the dirt roads I don't. Most people in cars or ATVs are very nice and go slow and try hard not to scare the line of horses but it just takes one and most of the riders are beginners so it's a little scary.
Feel better.

Ohhhhhh this just pisses me off to no end!!! Ouchy Ouchy I hope you take the time to heal up and not worry so much about trying to get back into Jackson's training ... he can wait.
Did you get checked out to make sure you didn't break/fracture any ribs? Asphalt and bones do not merge together very well!!! I'm so sorry to hear this ... your injuries and the delay in Jackson's training. Get well soon.

Some people just haven't had any upbringing :( Sorry you're in pain and I hope Jackson doesn't have a setback for it.
Karma does have a way of catching up to people. His time will come.

Good to know you and Jackson are okay and that all the A$$es in the world don't reside in New York State!

Glad your injuries weren't any worse! People are such jerks. I had someone pull a similar stunt on me over the weekend. Luckily I was riding my older mare, if not I probably would be suffering from a little road rash myself right now.

Ouch, that looks so painful! I often dream of having a handful of rocks ready to throw at jerks like that...most people are considerate but it only takes one idiot to cause a nasty accident like that. I hope you heal really fast...I'm also glad it wasn't worse...thankfully nobody was coming from the other direction. I HATE riding on roads. We have 1/4 mile to ride to get to a 3000 acre park. The trucks have nearly gotten me killed, so I sure understand your plight.
