Went out last night to work with my girl and we had a full moon and she was a complete nut case. Playing giraffe and throwing in these mini buck type things. She did not want to listen well at all. Are horses affected by the full moon? I did start her on a new supplement which she doesn't seem to like (company is sending me something different to try) but I've taken her off of it for the time being until the new one comes in. Hope this straightens out soon

The full moon puts out a lot of energy.. humans can use it to their advantage. Horses could too.. but it's probably a lot more fun for them to act goofy lol

When I used to work at an animal emergency clinic, it was always a time of blocked cats and wacko phone calls. We had one caller in particular that was too interested in discussing helping his dog breeding!

Lol, I remember the days of working and riding under a full moon!! IT definitely adds energy to a ride!!

OMG, PB was in rare form last night and I thought he was being pissy. He sometimes give little bucks, usually its play, but last night he was really bucking and would not go straight. So it was alot of schooling and transitions, but bou did we have some beutiful forwrd trot at the end. I will pay attention to the moon cycles.

See I had just the opposite! Legend was a complete sweet heart last night! HMMMMM maybe she used it to her "good" side! DOH. That means I'm screwed for all the other "non" full moon nights! LOL.

I love riding at night when there is a full moon. So much fun!!
