Just in case I die and end up MIA lol :p
Well I have to work at the coffee shop in the morning so getting up at 4:30am working until 10am and then heading out on a endurance ride. I'm riding two horses and supposedly it is 16 miles, i'm not sure if thats for one horse or two but I am going to be beat when I get done. After that I will feed at the ranch if i'm still mobile ;) and then I will probably come home and crash at like 6pm:doh: Any tips on some good foods to keep my going? After endurance rides I always want to eat a candy bar, I guess because my carbs are all gone. I try to eat alot of protein but I never know what to eat.

I love the Special K Protein bars, and they actually taste pretty good too. I love the chocolate/peanut butter ones!

Wow, that sounds like a lot. Get some Odwalla super-protien bars! They're soooooo good and pretty filling. And they're vegan ;)

Lots of carbs and lots of water! I was gonna suggest pasta tonight too, lol. I would carry some Powerade (not Gatorade) too, because it will hydrate and add carbs. That's how I keep my blood sugar up while riding. Try to get a good breakfast and eat every two hours or so while you're at work, small, good carb snacks. Bannanas are good for their potassium too.
