Anyone ever use Sweet PDZ?

Just out of curiousity has anyone ever used this product? A friend of mine was really complaining about the urine smell in her barn & how she just can't seem to get "rid" of it, with ever aspect she tries. I came across this artical in my Equus and then looked up the website. http://www.sweetpdz.com/ I just wondered if anyone has had expreience with this product. Anyone have any pros' cons? I'd like to hear them. Thanks.

Yup, we use it at the dog kennel, works GREAT.
We pull the rocks away to bare wet floor, put in PDZ, let dry for some time, then cover back up.
It is dusty, so I would use it when the horses are not in there, let dry, cover up, good to go.
