My first horse Gidget got into my parent's garden and ate a ton of fermenting peaches. She was staggering around the field. At the time i found it amusing. (I was like 9) but now it freaks me out!!! It's a wonder they don't colic from stuff like that!! Glad Fat Boy is okay!

I don't think she knew that he was drunk from apples at the time. What else could she have done? Apples were probably the closest thing to give him for attention, and I'm sure she was more than a little confused about the situation.

Poor pony though, I'll bet he won't eat an apple for a while!

Poor pony. Cutey though haha. My friend's mom had a horse when she was a kid, and her dad gave it beer, and her sister gave it gum. I dont think it lived too long..
