SNOW In April!!

Its been snowing since about 5pm and its coming down hard! What happened to spring?? *shivers in corner* the sun exists, spring will be here soon....

Well, its not snowing here, yet, but it is suppose to.
It is coooooooollllld man, and windy, wow. When I went to clean pasture, I had to listen for breaking branches. I got lucky and none broke. Its so windy and cold that I put blankets on the horses.
ITS April, whats up with that.

I know right? were up to aboutr 4in... snow continues tommorow and possibly into tuesday on and off :( normally I Love snow but c'mon it spring!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I thought that is! lol

21 here this morning, and we still have a lot of the snow left from the blizzard we got last week! Where the blazes is spring?

We just had snow flurries this morning but no accumulation. But the high is only suppose to be like 35 today with lots of wind and 50% chance of snow showers during the day.

To top it off, we have a track meet tonight!!! Holli has to run in her tank top uniform and shorts. She does have an underarmor shirt to wear under it so that will help some. They make them take their sweatsuits off at the starting line though. So it'll be another meet of my hubby waiting at the finish line with a blanket to wrap her in as soon as she crosses the line. Then I have a bigger blanket that she comes to in cuddle until her next meet. Its my job to get her warmed back up. Thank god for those hand warmer packets!!!! I just hope there is no rain or snow. Once they get wet, it's really hard to warm them back up! But hey, at least there's no snow accumalation. I guess I should be thankful for that!!!

We had 6 inches last night, and we're supposed to get 3 more tonight, with rain/snow mix tomorrow. :rant: It's APRIL! This kind of thing is supposed to be done and over with until November! Plus, it's my spring break and half my family is in Florida right now. :mad:
