I think about 75% of my pictures have horse ears in them. I thought it would be fun to share our favorite pictures taken from behind our horse's ears. Here's a couple ones I particulally like:

I actually want to submit this one for the Haflinger Horses webpage. (http://www.haflingerhorses.com/aroundtheworld.htm)

One of my favorites. With a little mini pony.

Ellwood, one of my favorite places to ride. I also want to submit this one for the Haflinger Horses page.

And this one, going down the hill! This is the title image in my blog.

I'm sure I have lots more, but I'll stop while I'm still looking. ;)

I'd love to add a pic of certain events, not to mention the barn antics - but I have yet to figure out how to do so. Any tip would be greatly appreciated, so thanking you in advance!

Beautiful pictures everyone! Some of them are breathtaking. I don't have a picture I could share. I'll have to take some. No matter how hard I'll try I will never get such pretty pictures though - there is nothing around here worth looking at right now. It will be little better in the summer.

To load pictures from your computer:
Below the text box of a message you are composing is another 'box' with options. Click on 'manage attachments'.
This will open a pop-up window.
Clock on 'browse'. Another pop-up box opens.
This shows your personal computer's disk and menu options. You can navigate by highlighting the option and clicking, or double-click for more options to browse.
Browse your computer for the category your pictures are kept in (for me it;s My Documents, then My Pictures) and select that. This should open up the thumbnail files of your pictures. Doble-click on the picture you want to load. Then select 'upload' in the manage attachments pop-up box (next to browse).
Hint: If your pictures are big (data-wise, like over 1,000 pixels) use a photo editing program (I have HP Photosmart but there are TONS of free ones out there, most digital cameras come with editing software) and resize the photo so it will upload faster. I have an auo--resize option called 'email size' that shrinks them to 640x400 pixels,

So this picture doesn't quite fit the title of the thread like I remember it...but it will work! At least once a year, we take a group on a trail ride to get lunch! It really surprises people to see horses in the parking spots! :)

Isn't that fun! There's a restraunt on Hwy 101 near Lake Crescent that I can ride over the hills to. A couple times a year my friends and I ride there, hitch up the horses, have lunch, and ride home. The tourists just love it!

I think this one is still my favorite. It was the first time I was able to get Koda out in front of his pasture mates. (We ride with Arabs and they are just plain faster then him and he could care less about being in front.)
