Ravenwing Ranch - a horse community

Wow! I just clicked on one of the little ads scrolling at the top (http://ravenwingranch.com/) and I'm wanting to win the lottery so I can blow this popsicle stand and move there! I really like the idea behind these horse communities, although I'm sure there are drawbacks (rules & regulations) I feel that the good would outweigh the bad. Does anyone know anything first hand about living in these types of communities that seem to be popping up around the U.S.?

Not bad at all eh? :) Seems like it would be nice, living in one of those communities, particularly if they have common trails or arenas (I haven't looked).

You get the pleasure of having the horses at home, but the nice facilities of a boarding stable.

Sounds like a neat idea. That is the one thing I wish I had around here - more trail riding.

Yeah, if I could get my hubby interested in riding I think the riding communities would be fun someday!
