How do you get filters? I have an older version of Photoshop (7.0) and I know the basics, but not too much....but I'd love to play around with filters because I see such cool work from people who use them. :)

Well, on CS2 I go to image -> adjustments -> photo filter.

Now if only y'all could me him IRL, Haha. :) He's very expressive and seems to be a master at that "mischievous" look. His eyes just seem to have more sclera showing than a lot of the other Appaloosas I see.. not to mention his "eyeliner" is thiickk.
