Went to the chiro twice this week. I got released for a whole week. I go back next Friday, unless I need him prior to that.
He told me Im 90 percent. Poked around, found loads of less pain spots.
He then told me something that made me appreciate him more so.
He said, we sure saved you some bucks. If you had gone to your Family Dr. and told him what you told me, he would of had an MRI done first. Your symtoms were of disk damage, but I was sure thinking it may be your so and so muscle. It was, and Im releaved.
He did tell me when I first went in that I may have to have an MRI if I didnt show signs within a couple days.
He said only 90 percent so no jumping around. Im so happy
I got lucky this time. I am going to learn to tell myself NO to things I should not be doing.

Thanks for your kind words and prayers. Im almost there.:cowboy:

P.S. I fed the horses tonight by myself.:)

Yay!!! That is excellent news. Now take care of yourself and don't do things you shouldn't do! City needs you to be healthy to ride. :D

Glad you're feeling better! Not being able to do things and being in pain at the same time can drive a person nuts, lol!

Yea!!! I knew you would do good with a Chiro. I am glad your problem turned out to be muscular and not disc damage.

Thanks All. I tell ya, it sure had me worried for a bit. My back has NOT adjusted in 9 yrs. I am so happy about it adjusting and actually feeling good. Even if its to release the bum muscle and help with the joint.

I've seen this thread all day and thought it was about some kind of female donkey/horse/mule combination. Isn't one of those combinations called a hinney?

I had no idea it was about your rear end. :)

I am sooooo glad it's better. :D Good show.

Actually I had the same thought.:innocent: Is it a mule/horse cross? Or a donkey and a mule? Or no, maybe it's a donkey and a horse.. I read that somewhere, we're not delirious, it is something like that!:p

Vicklynn: Glad to hear you're feeling better! YAY!:clap: That's great news! xD I think it's time for a ------> :grouphug: :D :D :D :D

Chiropractors freak me out- I don't like being touched by strangers. =/ Not that I've ever actually been to a chiro, but can just imagine how I would react. But everyone else seems to love the chiro and I'm glad it's helping you!

:) so happy to hear the chiro helped...i'm hooked on mine! last year i just suffered thru it afraid of what some doctor may tell me on what was wrong...then this year it started up again at the same time that my hubby injured his back...i pushed him to see a chiropractor and it was a great success....so i went in and i'm soooooo glad i did! that pain was ruinin' my life...the fear of not being able to care for everyone here became worse then finding out what was wrong...simple x-rays showed that i have a defect that would only get worse if i didn't change my ways...exercises for strengthening muscles, with my condition, would have made it worse...so good that i didn't just follow what i was reading or hearing from others...gettin' those adjustments and the deep muscle striping of all my knots sure 'hurts so good'! i love my chiropractor :)

Glad to hear that you are feeling better. Sorry that you haven't been up to riding. This is going to be a great weekend to get out and enjoy, in whatever way that you can, even it that means sitting on the porch. Take care!
