New to the "staff" at BaywindFarm.com - our Special Assistant, cloedoll

I am sure you will all agree cloedoll has been a HUGE help down in the Support and Admin section, answering questions about how to get around this software and helping people get their avatars and signatures loaded. She 'gets' all this technical stuff and has also proven to be really good at explaining it all in terms people can understand.

We've decided to let her help even more by giving her a few special and limited powers to upload or edit avatars, signatures and profile pictures as necessary for people, if people need that help.

She's not a moderator or anything, so she can't help you with disputes and wouldn't want to (so far, we haven't needed any of that). She can't edit posts yet, but we'll see as time goes by whether it would be helpful to the forum to give her the ability to fix pictures and videos in threads when people are having trouble.

Of course, the pay for this kind of job stinks... she's just a volunteer, so please be kind to her as I'm sure you all will be. :)

I know it will help us a lot to have her take some of the tech support workload away from us when we are busy and getting busier, or we aren't around at the moment. Heck, even when we are around, she's younger and faster, and she's good at it, so more power to her!

We're sure glad to have her around! :cowboy:
