Same as Citys thread. I love her, thats what matters.
Guess you need to know a couple things.
Myst, 1/2Paint, 1/2Perch. Six yrs old, mare.

Can't critique because I know nothing, but she's stunning! I didn't know she was half Percheron! How did that get passed meh? =P

Ya, I know, its gets by some, until you see her in person, then your like, oh my, yup, I see it.
My farrier is in love with her.

Again, I'm not a pro at this, but will give it my best shot. :)


I love Myst's head. It is very feminine and she has such pretty ears! Her neck is of good length and thickness and ties in very nicely. She has a nice shoulder and wither. She too is a bit camped under up front. She has a nice short pastern with a good angle.

She has a very deep barrel, that is also nice and round lots of room for her lungs and heart. She has a nice short back and loin as well. She has a very nice round rump and is pretty level height wise between her wither and rump.

She stands camped under slightly in the rear. Her hocks are set at a nice height and good size for her body, if maybe a little straight. Tail set is at a good height. She toes out a bit in the rear, slightly more on the left then the right(this could be how she is standing). She has a square rump, that seems to be a bit base wide, hard to really tell that with her thick tail in the way though. Square rump would come from her half perch breeding.

Overall, she is put together very nicely and I would think she'd be a pretty smooth ride. Again, these are just my opinions and I could be way off.

Thanks again Dixie. I think she is put together better than City. I love them both, but City will always be my baby.
Oh and her butt, she rounds out nicely, she comes together thick(if that makes sence), big tail in the way and all...lol
