Alright, I have a mare who is hard to chose a bit for. I have figured out she goes faster in a hackamore, but doesn't wrap the barrel like she does with a bit. & When I use regular snaffle bit she turns too early on every barrel and knocks it over with either her shoulder or my leg. Any ideas for the right bit? Here is the bit I use now. :Dhttp://www.westernworldsaddlery.com/contents/media/l_08397.jpg

Well if she is dropping in and hitting barrels and ignoring you in the snaffle bit I would go back to slow work and do some tune up until she is listening and moving off your legs and not dropping/shouldering. A bit is important too, but you should be able to move her out with your feet as well as pick up her shoulder.
As for finding a bit. The one in the picture isn't working for her?
Have you tried a Hackamore bit combo? I just thought of that because you said she likes the Hackamores but won't wrap as well. Here are two of the bits I have and like.

My main barrel horse is hard to pick a bit for and I have him in a bit/hackamore thing. It is just a bit that my trainer had lying around and I have no idea what it's really called but he likes it:p.
If you can, just try a few different bits and find the the one that works best for you and your horse.
Hope that helps!:)

T&B gave some great advice. The best was going back to slow work with a bit and working on that. You need to get it right slow before you can go fast. Are you sending her cues with a bit that you don't realize and is that why she is shutting down early? If you can video a run and look at that it will really help you see what is going on.
