My brother got two rescue horses, they are so cute. It's just ironic that my brother gets horses that he can keep at HIS place and growing up he was never really into them!

Panda and Sammy are pretty young. They are both from the Disappointment Valley mustang herd in Colorado. Panda is the black and white one and she is 4, and Sammy is just 10 months. My brother is just under 6ft and doesn't think Sammy will be big enough for him but is keeping him anyway. Sammy is his little buddy.

Here is a picture of Panda with the saddle. She bucked and threw a fit when they first put it on her but she finally calmed down and didn't care.

This is little Sammy who decided Panda wasn't going to have all the fun. So Gerry set the saddle on his back and he just stood there. Didn't care one bit. He didn't cinch it up because obviously the saddle is WAY too big for him.

My brother has this weird thing with horses and playing Mr. Ed with them. He did it the first time he met Solon and Solon let him! Apparently when he hangs out with Sammy he plays Mr. Ed and just has a laugh about it.

This is my fave picture of them. He fell in love with Sammy at the rescue because all Sammy wanted to do was follow him around and would have nothing to do with any of the other people at the rescue.

Awww, Sammy loves him. I love that pic.
To bad Sammy wont grow up and be your brothers riding horse. That would be cool.
Panda is cute too.

I'm sure he will get another horse. He says Sammy will be his 'pack' horse for deer. I told him, better be a small one!

Sammy is pretty big for a 10 month old. . . might grow up enough to be ridden by your bro. Cute cute horses!

I'm so glad he has them, they are so sweet looking. I love that last picture. Rompy does that to me, he will cuddle right in. They all look very happy together.

I'm gonna get the last pic larger and frame it. It sure speaks a lot of words!

That would be great if Sammy ended up being big enough. I just thought it was cool that he didn't care and would still keep him. It's his little buddy. :)
