I have a 1 year old Araucana rooster named Woost!AHHH and this year a hen hatched 8 of his chicks. Next year, when the chicks are grown up will I have to get rid of Woost!AHHH? Will it be bad if he tries to breed with his chicks? Or will he not do that?

Do you not eat the eggs? I don't remember.
I bet you wouldn't have too many issues for your purposes, with line breeding that first generation. I think it's if you let it go several generations with no new blood, that you'd end up with potential defects that keep getting magnified.

I don't eat the eggs, no. My family members do and we're planning on selling them after our batch from this year grows up. We have about 15 new 2 month old chicks that we bought from the feed store so it's not like all he has are his own.

I don't know about chicken husbandry, but you come up with the coolest names for your animals!

Yes, they will most deffinitely do the nasty with their daughters...even their mothers sometimes...
As WB said- And over time if you let this go on their will most likely be defects in future offspring
