I had a great birthday yesterday, thanks for all the well-wishes! :cowboy: My Aunt just picked up my youngest cousin, and Will and Josh (his ex-roommate) just left, so I've just now had time to upload the pictures to share with ya'll!
Here I am, being a dork, wearing my (Mikayla's) pink Dora The Explorer bookbag, dancing along with some barely-audible music next to Josh :cool::

Within 15 minutes of our arrival, Will's four-year-old niece, Mikayla managed to get her face painted "like a princess". I haven't heard how the tan lines turned out (she was a little pink when they left) :rolleyes::

Most of you probably remember Mikayla's first pony ride from last October... well here she is again. I asked her which pony she wanted to ride and she told me that she wanted the "Black and white paint!" That's m' girl! :D :clap:

This is Uncle Whoa (Will), Aunt E (me) and Mikayla. We were on top of a hill so we could see everything during the parade, but Mikayla wanted to be taller (of course ;)) so what the lady wants...:rolleyes::

There's a huge line of horses at the end of the parade (there were probably around 30 in this year's), but this one pulled up the rear - and was definitely Mikayla's favorite:

No, that's not her jacket, it's mine... we kinda left without telling anyone and grabbed my extra coat out of the car :innocent: (really, if that face looked at you and asked, "E, can we go see the horseys?" could you say no? :rolleyes:):

Wow that was a lot of pics, and it's not even close 1/2 of the best of them! For those who are curious - Mikayla got me a "Happy Birthday to the best Aunt on earth (and if they have Aunts on the moon, you're probably nicer than any of them, too!)" birthday card. :cool: Sorry if that offends any of the other nearly-as-awesome Aunts out there. :p And several balloons that she picked out on her own.
My parents got me a Haynes Repair Manual to my truck, and they're getting me a new pair of tires to go on the front. :) Will got me A Goofy Movie (and the soundtrack), and An Extremely Goofy Movie. Josh got me fudge from The Fudge Factory in Dahlonega. Yum! :D Needless to say, we came back to my parents' house last night and fell asleep pretty soon thereafter!
