Well, it either means (a) Don't laugh at guys with M-16s... which is a good rule of thumb anyway, even if they are on a donkey... or it means (b) If he thinks it's funny now, he may not if he actually fires it, because he's gonna end up on his ass in a hurry (or "off" his ass, depending on the terms) ;)
