I am making this for dinner tonight and I would seriously make it at least twice a week if my hubby would let me.
The recipe is called Pork Adobo and while I have made it with pork, I normally use chicken because that's what we have a lot of in the freezer.
It's fantastic!!! You don't use a lot of the sauce over your rice.. it's mostly a marinade. I cook Jasmine Rice (you can find it at any grocery store).
Just wanted to share. It smells delicious and everyone I've given the recipe to or had over for dinner has loved it and gone on to make it themselves.
