So my bff came over for a visit tonight so we could go for a trail ride together and, imagine this, it stormed. :rolleyes:

So, we were reduced to hanging around the shelter of the good ol' barn and boy, did Jack catch the brunt end of our boredom. We did some flexing/bending stuff and he did well, so I decided to bump it up a little with the big silver tarp.

He's not a spooky boy where you expect it, so I didn't expect a big to-do, but I did expect to at least have to coax him a time or two..

As soon as I could get it spread out, he stepped out onto it:

So then, since it was raining after all, SM and I dressed him in a nice rain suit. Still nothin'. Not amused, but not arguing either:

So anyway, that was our evening. No ride. :( But I guess we entertained ourselves well enough, right? Have a great night, everyone. :cowboy:

JackieB- yes! :D It's Saturday. And yes, I could post a few pics if you all would like to see them. We'll be partying down at Diane/SM's on Sat evening, so maybe Sunday.. I'm excited!

LOL!!! (ouch!) :hysterical: I loved the "stupid humans" one! ALL of my horses would have blown up! You should have seen us trying to get them blanketed in the mountains!

Jack is such a good boy letting you guys amuse yourselves! :) Thanks for the pics, those were great!
