I want to make is a weekend thing and possibly go camping with the horses nearby, since its a long drive for me.

I am not going to this but will say the KHP is a GREAT place to go. Went there back in 2006 and it was fabulous. Got lots of great pics and saw such beautiful horses, land, etc. ;)

I just missed it. We went to the KHP this weekend for the first time. :) It was AWESOME!
