Stormy Update! *pic overload* of a actual WHITE pony!

I finally got to start my lease the other day! :) (for those of you who don't know, I can't afford to lease all year, and I finally started my lease up again yesterday!) I got tons of pictures and a few videos of stormy turned out, I'll have to get those up later. But overall it was a good day, I brushed him and unknotted his extremly messy, long mane! I couldn't believe how long its gotten. It will get trimmed eventually, but for now he looks pretty cute with his long mane! I laughed when he saw me, he still remembers me and nickered, even though I havn't been out since begining of spring. I ended up riding bareback and then we went on a nice long trail ride. He really enjoyed it and was happy to get out. Besides not really liking the arena work. (he always enjoys trail more) overall it was a fun day! :greengrin: After we got back, I gave him a bath and stormy was finally white again! lol besides a few spots that were almost impossible to get out! xD Well he dried I let him eat some grass and ofcourse that made him one happy pony! haha! Then he got pampered and got him mane and tail braided with some ribbon. Today ofcourse I come back, and guess whose pretty white coat is not so white anymore! STORMYS! lol, he had quite a few stains whihc I got out the best I could. Then we went on trail before it rained. I tried out the saddle a boarder is letting me borrow and it fits tons better than the other saddle I was told I could use. Plus the arena work we did before we headed out on trail was much more improved than yesterday! Only bad thing is as were a few feet from the trail entrance it started pooring a TON!!!!!!!!!! and we got a tad wet. Ok well I'll shut up and start getting pics up!

haha! I see the Merrylegs within! ;) I would love to buy him, but I doubt his owner would sell, or I would be able to buy him.. (His owner is 70+ year old who has a barn in back but doesn't really do anything with his horses- so he might,

My only thing is, I have no clue if I'll be able to afford him once I head off for college. So I wouldn't want to sell him during college either. For now, I'm stuck enjoying my lease, but I'm happy with that, better than nothing! I don't know, I would love to, but I don't think it will ever work out. I'll dream though. :D

At least the braids and ribbon stopped his pretty flowy main from turnign into a GIANT knot! The one that was in there the first day I leased took almost an hour to get out! xD It was a pretty bad knot! Little stormy did get tons of compliments with his pretty ribbon though, the one boarder has given him the name fairytale pony! hehe! ofcourse he's no longer white! :doh: More of a brown tint! :rolleyes:
