Vicklynn, IMHO, there's enough said. There's no angels here, and no demons, and IMHO, there was no one on the high road. Those who are really on the high road don't have to announce it

I don't care who is friends with who, that's not the point. Friends are all having a good time with each other, cliques are having fun 'at' somebody. You know the difference. I know you do.

I really try not to be unfair, and I'm not oppressing you, I'm asking you and the others to try to knock off a pattern that's not good for us, in the long run. Try not to pee on my leg and tell me it's raining. I know people, and I know women, and I know forums, and I know cattiness when I see it and I called everyone on it, not just you.

I'm not threatening to ban anyone or 'do' anything at this point but ask for your consideration, be nice. OK?

Well, thanks WB. That's nice of you say in my behalf, lest this hateful BS become even more contagious. I appreciate it, but please, if you wouldn't mind, I can rip them a new one if I need too. I just don't because it would create such an odd atmosphere on the forum, and in fact, may ruin it. The people who know, know better. The people who don't know, don't matter. I can live with that.

As for your ridiculous high road, Lindsay and Vicky, do you think the people who read this forum are so stupid they believe a "high" road was necessary here? I'll bet most forum members realize you're playing some kind of game, and laugh at the idea that you are taking the high road about my tip on safely getting on a horse. You go, ladies, ever so entertaining is the human nature game. Though you think you're clever, my money says you are getting laughed at, not with.

WB, now tell me this. After your post about being nice and considerate, then Tiz posts what she does, why am I suppose to do what you asked? You say you know women, and if that is true, you know what she just did. So, you gonna fix it?

I haven't even had coffee yet this morning... How would you suggest I 'fix' it? Is there some easy way to solve this that you can see, for me? Put yourself in my shoes for a minute. Have either of you actually apologized or agreed to be reasonable to each other and then demonstrated it? I don't think I saw that.

What I see is after not responding at all to a several of pages talking about her... Tiz got a shot in too. Big deal. Doesn't make my life easier or give me more joy, but I get it. It's about how I would feel given the circumstances. Actually, she at least directed her comment directly to you instead of around you, as if you're not here. I like that.

You guys don't have to like each other, I can't fix that. It would be nice if you would reconsider these old grudges and get along, that would make my life easiest, but I can't make you. You already know I'm not going to go in and edit you and clean up this mess like it never happened. I don't do that. All I can do, and will have to do if it continues to disrupt every thread you all end up on together, is ban one or both sides, and I don't want to do that. I'd much rather you guys learn to stay on point or don't say anything at all. Work it out or fight it out or ignore each other completely, but no more of this catty nonsense, thinly-veiled or not. Can I have that? That would 'fix' it.

Fixing it is something all of you have to do. Not me.

I can finish my coffee now? Or should I just move directly to beer?

WB I think the problem is I said NO CRITIQUE and even though Tiz didn't do a full one she just HAD to comment on something... instead of saying "nice job" or NOTHING she had to comment ... she does this all the time

Regardless of if what she says has bearing she shouldn't have commented people are SICK OF IT. I cringe when I seen she had replied for that reason. She NEVER has anything good to say or nice even just runs in says something negative then keeps stirring until YOU are after US for being sick of her

You know what Peggy Sue? I bet there's somebody somewhere who is occasionally annoyed and currently 'sick of' every single one of us. In case you haven't noticed, most people aren't universally loveable all the time. It's a forum, not facebook, where only your friends can see it and say only what you want to hear. Nor do I think you know which side everyone is sick of.

I'm not a big fan of threads where the OP says "no critiques". I understand in this case, because the rider's not here, but forums are forums. People are sometimes going to respond in ways you can't predict and pre-decide. You know that. You do it. Free and open discussion is almost always better than limited discussion. You're not a wilting wall-flower Peggy Sue. I think you can and will hold your own if someone is critical or disagrees with you, no help from me needed. And I'm not sure someone with your signature line in every single post you make can complain about someone else stirring a pot or two sometimes.

Just sayin is all...
